Jake Sieber

S. Jake Sieber, Principal

Jake Sieber has been with Romar Management since 1982. Jake is a real estate broker in Ohio and Kentucky and is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida. Jake is responsible for owner-agent relationship, annual budgets, overall management of properties, financials, expenditures, maintenance, tenant relationships, personnel, HUD compliance, policies and procedures, including Fair Housing. Expertise in refinancing including HUD 223(f), 223(a)(7) and Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).

Margaret A. Callahan, Administrator

Margaret Callahan has been an Administrator with Romar Management since 1984. Margaret is a real estate broker and a Certified Occupancy Specialist. As the Administrator Margaret provides diverse expertise in Section 8 occupancy requirements and internal control procedures for HUD subsidized multifamily housing, market rate and tax credit properties. She is highly qualified and knowledgeable in all areas of HUD requirements and compliance procedures. Margaret is responsible for establishing tenant-management relationships, hiring and training of staff, quarterly reporting to Board members and communications with project Owners.

Mike Sieber, Associate

Mike Sieber joined Romar Management in 2018. Prior to joining Romar Management, Mike worked for Baum Realty Group in Chicago, IL. As a member of a small Investment Sales Team, Mike was directly involved in closing 75 transactions totaling 2M SF valued at over $400 million of real estate in a 5 year period. Representing institutions, generational property owners, private individuals, REITs and real estate funds, Mike executed all aspects of property due diligence and underwriting; toured potential listings, reviewed & abstracted leases, appraisals, transaction contracts and third party reports. Charged with creating offering memorandums & BOVs and performing rigorous market analysis by collecting market comps and data, Mike was able to underwrite numerous forms of real estate including retail, office, industrial and multifamily investments. Mike studied Public Financial Management at Indiana University and grew up in Cincinnati. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Ohio.

Mary Hansbauer, Office/Accounting Manager

Mary Hansbauer, Office/Accounting Manager

Mary Hansbauer has been with Romar Management since 1978 and offers expertise in HUD accounting guidelines. Mary is responsible for weekly payroll, financial records, payment of expenses, monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reports, payroll tax preparation and preparation of documents and data required for year-end audit by CPA. 

Julie Foley, Property Administrator

Julie Foley, Property Administrator

Julie Foley has been with Romar Management since 1999 and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (NCHM) and a Specalist in Housing Credit Management (NAHMA). Julie is responsible for leasing, tenant/management relations, human resources and HUD/ Tax Credit electronic data submittals.  Julie has successfully developed and maintained relationships with social service agencies in order to provide information to the residents in the community.  Daily responsibilities include resolving resident needs, creating an activities calendar for residents, interviewing potential residents, maintaining waiting lists, providing information concerning occupancy and move in certifications.  Julie provides administrative assistance with interviewing, hiring and training associates.  Julie attends annual Fair Housing, Tracs and EIV Training Seminars enabling her to educate management associates on issues relating to residents' rights, rules, policies and procedures.  

Irene Brant

Irene Brant, Data Control

Irene Brant has been an EIV Coordinator with Romar Management since 2001. As EIV Coordinator, Irene handles all computer entry data, tenant certifications and electronic submittals of monthly HUD data.  Irene attends annual Tracs and EIV Training Seminars to remain current with all HUD's policies and procedures.   Irene is responsible for monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reports from secured systems, as well as monthly submission to HUD for PRAC / HAP payments.  Irene assists management associates with recertifications, move ins, move outs and tenant eligibility requirements.    

Amber Littleton, Assistant Office Manager

Amber Littleton, Assistant Controller

Amber has been an Assistant Controller and office manager at Romar Management since 2011. Core managerial duties and responsibilities include assisting with weekly payroll, payment of expenses, monitoring budgets, facilities, records, correspondence, bookkeeping, planning and scheduling, documentation and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment. 

Justin Baker

Justin Baker, Maintenance Supervisor

Justin Baker has been the Maintenance Supervisor at Romar Management since 2010.  As Maintenance Supervisor, Justin is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Justin is also responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems. Justin supervises and assigns the work to maintenance employees, inspects all work for completeness and determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used.

 

Steven Sieber - Property Management Operations Coordinator

Steven has been Operations Coordinator wtih Romar Mabagement since 2015. Steven is responsible for tenant/management relations, special projects, relocation, property inspections and provides administrative assistance.
