Welcome to Highview Apartments - Multi Family Living

CHC Apartments is a portfolio of 9 buildings scattered throughout Clermont County. Each property accepts Housing Choice Vouchers. Rents are based on comparable rental units in the county, with amenities and utilities taken into account. This is accomplished through a contract between the owner and the Housing Authority which subsidizes the rent that the tenant pays with a “Housing Assistance Payment” provided by an Annual Contributions Contract from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Families, elderly, disabled, handicapped and single people may be eligible for housing based on their income.
